Co-payment
A 20% co-payment applies for treatments in Zone 2. Additionally, policyholders can opt for a 10% or 20% co-payment, which does not reduce the sum insured.
Waiting Periods
Initial Waiting Period: A 30-day waiting period applies from the policy's inception, during which claims are not admissible, except for those arising from accidents.
Pre-existing Disease Waiting Period: For the Silver plan, pre-existing diseases are covered after 48 months of continuous coverage. For Gold and Platinum plans, this period is reduced to 24 months.
Specific Disease/Procedure Waiting Period: For individuals above 45 years of age, certain listed illnesses and procedures are covered after a 24-month waiting period from the policy's inception.

Exclusions
Pre-existing diseases are not covered for the first 24 months from the policy start date.
Any treatment within the first 30 days of the policy, except for accidents, is excluded.
Treatments related to alcohol, drug abuse, or substance addiction are not covered.
Cosmetic or plastic surgery procedures without medical necessity are excluded.
Injuries or conditions arising from hazardous or adventure sports are not covered.
Exclusions
Personal Accident Cover - Provides a lump sum payout up to ₹1 crore in case of accidental death or permanent total/partial disability for insured members aged 18 and above.
Critical Illness Cover - Offers financial protection against 20 major critical illnesses, including cancer, open heart surgery, kidney failure, and strokes, with coverage options of ₹25 lakh, ₹50 lakh, or ₹1 crore.
Hospital Cash - Provides a daily cash benefit of up to ₹7,500 per day for a maximum of 30 days per policy year, applicable after 48 hours of continuous hospitalization.
Enhanced Loyalty Additions - Increases the sum insured by 20% of the expiring base sum insured each policy year, up to a maximum of 200%, regardless of claim history.
